Shipping & exchange charge: ₹249, paid online at checkout
Every order carries a shipping & exchange charge of ₹249, paid online at checkout. It covers delivery to you and one size-exchange pickup if you need one. It’s refunded only for damaged, defective or wrong items.
How you pay for the product
- Pay online: UPI, cards, net banking or wallets.
- Cash on Delivery: pay the product price in cash or by UPI when the parcel arrives. The ₹249 shipping & exchange charge is still paid online at checkout.
Refused or undelivered COD orders
If a COD parcel is refused or can’t be delivered after the courier’s attempts, the shipping & exchange charge already paid covers the cost of the return. We may decline COD on future orders from that address or phone number.
